Precision Neuromuscular Therapy

Emphasis is in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT) which differs from relaxation massage because it not only deals with your nervous system, but also the muscles, ligaments, and soft tissues of your body.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy addresses musculoskeletal pain, (muscle, tissue, nerve or emotionally related pain). Relaxation, Repair, Rehabilitate.

My name is Michelle Heniff.

I received my basic massage training from Professional Massage Training Center (PMTC) and became Missouri state licensed in 2010. I was taught Precision Neuromuscular Massage Therapy by Doug Nelson the creator of NMT Midwest INC. out of champaign Illinois. I became Nationally Board Certified in 2011. I am an insured member of the American Bodywork and Massage Practitioners. In 2023 I became a Sonic Massage Therapist to implement sound in sessions.

I’m a proud mother of two children. I’ve been married for 24 years to my wonderful husband Eddie. Together we own a very successful commercial flooring take up and installation company and this pain relief clinic. In our free time, we love to kayak the Missouri and Arkansas rivers, see as many live concerts as possible and have a healthy habit of traveling in other countries.

Due to suffering from chronic pain in the past, I was led to become a massage therapist. I started a very passionate journey to learn as much as possible about idiopathic illnesses involving muscle pain referral patterns and connective tissue involvement. I learned hands-on, noninvasive ways to relieve pain in myself and others suffering like me. And now that I am a sonic massage therapist I now understand how to implement non touch ways to manage stress and pain.

Hi, my name is Jay Gore.

I became a licensed massage therapist in 2015. An insured member of American bodywork and practitioners’ association.

I was taught Precision Neuromuscular Massage Therapy by the creator Doug Nelson out of Champaign Illinois.

I have also been a therapist at “Cedar Creek Spa and “Relevant Manuel Therapies”. So, I have experience in multiple modalities of self-care & regulation needed in today’s world. Through my athletic pursuits, I started considering creative solutions to ease pain and grew a passion for massage therapy. I realized how important body care is and further my education in PNMT. I have a strong passion for helping people learn more about their pain and guiding them to understand that it could be a muscle non-compliance or fascia restriction.

Whether for relaxation, sports related or a targeted/ referred pain…My goal is to get you back out in the world relaxed and pain free!
